Michigan approves 95 miles of new power lines despite concerns over ‘lazy’ route - MLive

Stephon Bagne was quoted in this MLive article about challenges to METC’s new power line route.

“This is going to be very impactful, and it’s going to be a lot of litigation,” said Stephon Bagne, a Birmingham-based attorney with Clark Hill specializing in the cases. He’s already enlisted some 50 clients along the route.

“For a person with a centennial farm, having these type of issues impact them is like losing a family member,” he said.
